With over three decades of experience speaking to millions as a TV News Anchor and Reporter, Karen has learned this: the mic may amplify your voice, but it’s your message that moves people.

At just 14, she declared her dream of being a TV News Anchor/reporter - and never looked back. She put herself through college (finishing in just three years), then packed her bags for the icy plains of Dickinson, North Dakota, launching a storytelling career that would take her across the country — from Alabama to Tennessee, Florida to Michigan - giving voice to others and turning headlines into human connection.

Whether she’s anchoring the evening news or standing on a stage, she brings energy that fills the room—and more importantly, lingers after. Her mission is rooted in helping others realize their worth, speak with purpose, and embrace the beautiful messiness of life. Karen believes in failing forward, calling it “research,” and daring to live bravely. “Because if you’re not trying, are you really living?”

She lives a life centered on, when you go small, you go big.

When the studio lights dim and the mic comes off, Karen finds her light in nature and the everyday magic of real life. Whether she’s chasing sunrises on a solo run, hiking through mountain trails, or stargazing from her backyard patio, she believes peace lives in the pauses.

She's a proud mom of two powerhouse daughters who keep her grounded and on the sidelines at travel soccer games. Off the field, she’s the go-to planner for girls’ weekends, a lover of page-turners, a sucker for deep belly laughs, and an ocean-chaser at heart.

Karen isn’t just about telling stories — she lives them. And she’s probably already dreaming up what’s next.
